We all acknowledge the majority of the action at a dinner party takes place when you sit down at the table. But there are plenty of dinner party ideas and games for after you’ve cleaned your plate too. Yes, there is sure to be dessert. Though as important as making sure your invitees are full, is ensuring they are delighted.

Begin the party off right with cocktails before dinner. Late August through October marks the US grape crush and harvest season, which makes wine an perfect beverage for the night. Accompany the wines you are pouring with dishes that have similar ingredients. This will allow tasters to more easily identify the subtle differences between the wines and to relish the full undertones of each.

End the evening by moving your dinner party over to the fire where you and your friends can sit around and remember the days of summer with one of the season’s most well-known snacks the s’more. As you roast a mallow, ask guests and family to recall their favorite memories of vacation or their amusing story about camping.

Getting a thoughtful father’s day gift can be hard enough, but let’s say your dad is one of the top 0.01% wage earners in the country. He already has every toy he could possibly ever want. So what do you get him? We looked at some great suggestions for what to get your billionaire dad on Father’s Day and here they are:

5 -The World’s Most Expensive Bourbon
A 750ML bottle of 16 year old A. H. Hirsch Reserve will cost you about $300. This smooth whiskey was distilled at Michter’s Distillery in Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania in 1974 and left to mature until it was bottled in 1990.

4 – Bang & Olufsen BeoVision 7-40 Television
This freestanding television comes equiped with a Blu-ray player and a DVB-HD module. This stunning TV can also be wall mounted and comes in natural aluminum, black, dark grey, red, blue, or gold finishes. The home automation option makes it possible to control and operate home systems with the programmable Beo5 remote control. BeoVision 7-40 with Blu-ray will be available for $13,500 in June 2009.

3 – Bugatti Veyron Rental
Can’t seem to piece together $1.4 million to buy your own Bugatti Veyron 16.4? Don’t sweat it. Now you can rent this ridiculously expensive sports car for a mere £16,000 (or $25,000) a day. A company in the UK called Holders Vehicle Contracts wants to change that by offering the most powerful, most expensive, and fastest street-legal production car in the world to customers as a rental. For $25,000 a day you can rent one of these beautiful babies, but you’ll need a £100,000 deposit.

2 – GTbyCitroen – Million-Euro Supercar
Dad probably already has a nice set of wheels already, but nothing like this. Originally intended as nothing more than a concept car solely to promote the release of PS3’s Gran Turismo Prolouge5, the GTbyCITROEN is headed to production. Just months after making its public debut at the 2008 Paris Auto Salon, the GTbyCITROEN will be produced in very limited numbers for clients willing to dish out a million euros. Rumors indicate that initial production units will be limited to only 15 to 20 cars, at a price of one million euros a piece.

1 – A Romantic Getaway with Mom
Looking for the perfect romantic getaway for you and that special someone? Bali may just be the perfect location with its pristine beaches and tropical flare, and a wonderful place to stay in this part of the world is The St. Regis Bali Resort. Tranquility and barefoot elegance entwine on the soft, sandy beaches of Nusa Dua, the Garden of Bali. Swim through the calm blue lagoon and savour the feeling of a lavishly appointed private residence.

Whatever you get your dad this Father’s day, remember that the important thing is to give him a big hug and tell him just how much you appreciate him. That’s worth more than any of these gifts.

After you gain some experience at the casino online table, some of these calculations should become automatic.

Players are always happy to get powerful pocket cards, and sometimes go all-in pre-flop with them. But before risking all, you should know just what the probability is for them to win, especially in online poker games, where the action is timed and it’s harder to get a read on players you can’t see face to face.

Here’s some standard Texas Hold ‘Em starter hands and the probability of them winning with an all-in pre-flop bet: * Ace King off-suit against medium or low suited connectors has a 58 percent chance. * Ace King up against unsuited connectors has a 62 percent edge pre-flop. * Pocket Kings vs. Ace King pre-flop wins about 65 percent of the time. * Ace King off suit beats Ace Queen 72 percent of the time. * A high ranked pair, like tens, has about a 54 percent change of beating Ace King. * Ace Queen suited pre-flop has a 32 percent chance against another big hand like a big pocket pair, AK or AQ offsuit. * Flopping a set or better with a pocket pair has a probability of 12 percent. Learn these probabilities so you can automatically calculate your chances with you have a good read on your opponent’s hand range. You’ll be better equipped to make informed decisions about how to proceed with your action.

Joe Beevers: Born in London in 1967, Joe is considered one of Europe’s best poker players. His card career started when he and his father played blackjack together in London casinos. They became so skilled at winning, that the two were finally banned. The next logical step for Joe was to take on big stakes poker tournaments, including the World Series of Poker held in Las Vegas and the World Poker Tour. With an Honors Degree in Finance and Accounting, Joe excels at analyzing odds, and trapping his opponents.

Miami John Cernuto: A former air traffic controller at Miami airport, Cernuto moved to Las Vegas with the intent to play poker full time. He is a meticulous player who won his first major tournament in 1988; and has since accumulated three World Series of Poker bracelets.

Doyle Brunson: Probably the best known poker player in the world, often referred to as “The Godfather of Poker,” Brunson won two back-to-back WSOPs, and has ten bracelets. He was professional athlete in his youth, but an injury ended that career. His competitive instincts propelled him to be an incredibly shrewd poker player. He wrote “Super Systems” which is considered the Bible of poker. Brunson himself has says he regrets writing it because now there are so many players on the circuit who studied his techniques. There is a Texas Hold ‘Em poker hand named after him – starting cards of 2-10 – with which he won the WSOP.

That’s why there are super plasmas to be won at funny online contest and easy sweepstakes this year. A lot more online contests are select to enter online cyber sweepstakes. Sweepstakes and actions are proscribed from postulating a buy to enter. 11 months ago also a Europe based online company took of a fun website and is also legally different.

Entering internet sweepstakes by mail is rejecting in well known popularity now. You can win great cars now every 9 hours even if you live in North Richland Hills Texas or in Huntsville Alabama, isn’t that realy terrific. Online sweepstakes are mostly much more easygoing and faster to enter than funny online contests. Promotions advertised as online game contests, as yet, can necessitate an entry fee or testimonial of bribe. Thats marvelous to win SUVs worth 582 euro and that simple. Contest websites are hardened much more differently than the people who win who are not chosen by risk but by an good piece of difficult skill. are also legally absolutely different from the fun websites in Dubuque Iowa.

poker is a strange game. While on the surface it seems to be a game that is based soundly in logic and odds, there is some weird mechanic that takes place that most people call luck. There is probably some math genius out there that could actually give a very detailed explanation on exactly how the numbers in a poker game work, but for those of us not so gifted we have to follow a simpler standard of rules if poker success is our aim. For this reason there are certain beginning hands in poker that almost everyone agrees are just not worth keeping. Sure there is always the chance that keeping certain poker hands and trading in max cards (or in the case of Texas Holdem, hoping on the board) will result in a monster hand. However the safe money, and thus the strategy that will keep you at the poker table the longest is about knowing when to pitch the cards in and fold.

While some of what to keep and what not to keep depends upon the particular kind of poker being played, for the most part the following rules are fairly wise to follow. First if you are playing a single draw style of poker and your hand does not even have a pair, you should fold. Some exceptions would be having a chance at a straight or a flush. Also if you have the potential of a high handed full house (for example a 10 and a king) and it’s early in the game it might be worth seeing what the next hand offers, but do not expect much to happen. In the end there is only so much playing cautiously can do for you, but if you stay solid you should see some success.

Many things nowadays are available at home. People have offices right in their houses, home theatres and other things that only one generation ago were considered public, today find their way into private residences. Gyms of course, are among them, and although fully equipped fitness rooms remain a luxury for the wealthier, single pieces of machines are actually affordable and becoming quite common. Among such machines, cardiovascular equipment has a particular importance and home treadmills seem to have a special appeal among consumers. It is a good feeling to know that you can do a cardiovascular session at your convenience.

Home treadmills are as good as the ones at the local gym and are actually a good idea for a constant training. Nothing works better than doing things in the comfort of your home. Imagine using your own shower afterwards, go to your fridge and have your drinks, or simply wear more comfortable outfits, without having to expose yourself to indiscrete eyes. Some of us are shy in showing their bodies and a home treadmill would make perfect sense to them. Pay attention to the price and you if you feel comfortable enough, don’t waste the opportunity to purchase your very own home treadmill.
